Refund Policy

At Lynginya, our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, return it for a prompt exchange or refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return or exchange it, please contact us at cf17826781695@163.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds and Exchanges:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
